Held in the heart of West Michigan, the Cedar Blitz has quickly become a must-do event in the regional gravel scene, and we were thrilled to be a part of it again this year. What Is the Cedar Blitz?

The Cedar Blitz is a well-organized, high-energy gravel race that takes riders through the scenic backroads, forests, and farmland around Cedar Springs, Michigan. With multiple distance options ranging from beginner-friendly routes to leg-burning challenges for experienced racers, there’s something for everyone.

Team members and friends of Dragon Adventures Base Camp the REMAX Mark Deering Team showed up ready to roll—representing in the pack with Dragon and REMAX jerseys, big smiles, and even bigger goals. Whether racing for a podium spot or just out to enjoy the ride and push personal limits, the crew brought the heat!

We saw:

• Smiles and group camaraderie on the shorter routes
• And plenty of post-race high-fives at the finish line celebration 🎉

Gravel Goodness + Community

One of our favorite parts about Cedar Blitz? The community vibe. This race isn’t just about watts and finish times—it’s about sharing the day with other riders who love gravel as much as we do. The post-race hangout, and great local food made the finish line feel like a festival, and that’s the kind of energy we love to see in cycling!
